The best physical preparation is the one that does not injure, so first you have to learn to perform correctly all the exercises. With us, you can train from 1 to 6 days per week. We consider 3 days as the best option.

A maximum of 4 people per group to avoid losing our personalized
service, we look for quality and not quantity.

with friends and forming a new group or directly joining existing ones.

In the preseason, athletes are forced to go from 0 to 100 in just one week, so many injuries may appear. It is necessary to arrive at that stage on a good basis. Nowadays, the players are the same ones who demand it. Depending on the time we have before the start of the preseason, we will recommend more or less frequency per week in training.

For clubs and individuals, we plan preseason, full seasons, work in holiday periods for those who do not want to stop completely. In permanent contact with our clients, we gather all the necessary information to elaborate a complete planning: detailed descriptions of the exercises, images, number of repetitions, variants… We review monthly the work done, so that the plan is in constant evolution.
